Returns and Exchanges
返品・交換について

All items sold are pre-owned or one-of-a-kind items.
Customer-initiated returns are not accepted.

当店で取り扱う商品は中古品・一点物のため、
お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

Returns or refunds are accepted only if the item has
a significant defect or if an incorrect item was delivered.

商品に重大な欠陥がある場合、
またはご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合に限り、
返品・返金を承ります。

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
