Returns & Refunds｜返品・返金について

Returns or refunds are accepted only if the item has a significant defect
or if the delivered item differs from your order.

商品に重大な欠陥がある場合、
またはご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合に限り、
返品・返金を承ります。

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

商品到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。
期限を過ぎた場合、対応いたしかねます。

Conditions for Returns
返品・交換の条件

Returns are accepted only when all of the following conditions are met.
以下の条件をすべて満たす場合のみ、返品・交換を承ります。

• The item has a significant defect  
• The item differs from the order  
• Contact is made within 3 days of delivery  
• The original anti-switching tag remains attached

• 商品に重大な欠陥がある場合  
• 注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合  
• 商品到着後3日以内にご連絡いただいた場合  
• すり替え防止タグが付いたままの状態である場合

If the anti-switching tag has been removed or damaged,
returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any reason.

すり替え防止のため、
発送時に装着しているタグが外されている場合、
理由を問わず返品・交換はお受けできません。

Return Process
返品手続きについて

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item
and provide the reason for return and the condition of the item.

商品到着後3日以内に、
返品理由と商品の状態をご連絡ください。

After confirmation, we will provide return instructions.
Once the item is inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed.

当店で状態を確認後、
返金または交換対応を行います。

Return Shipping Costs
返品送料について

If the return is due to a defect or incorrect delivery,
shipping costs will be covered by us.

商品の欠陥や誤配送の場合、
返品送料は当店が負担いたします。

Returns due to customer preference are not accepted.

お客様都合による返品・交換は、
原則としてお受けできません。

Used Items Notice
中古品について

All items sold by VERSUSARM are pre-owned or one-of-a-kind items.

当店で取り扱う商品は、
中古品・一点物が中心となります。

Minor signs of use, scratches, or aging may be present.
Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
